About Gisela Gayleard

Gisela Gayleard lives and works in Kent /London.

Since graduating with a degree in illustration from London College Of Fashion in 2020 she has now been working as a full time illustrator and designer.

Creating bespoke ink prints named her ‘inky narratives’ for a wide range of industries both in the UK and internationally. The creative industry has been drawn to the way she illustrates her own fantasy worlds as well as themes based on history, English folklore, nature and character design into her own fictional narratives.

Her work has now been featured in magazines such as Kent Life Mag, country life and The Modern Jetsetter London. She has designed for collaborations with artists in the music industry, in fashion such as Olivia Annabelle Apparel, as well as working closely with other creatives in London. Pop ups include John Lewis, the British library and Greenwich Market.

Future collaborations that Gisela would like to work on are projects involving wildlife, historical archive projects, fashion and interior and publications.

Gisela also works on short story narratives, she is currently working on her latest ‘inky narrative’ “18 Queens Avenue”, which you can currently buy the limited illustration collection from her shop.
